Planning my first few hours. Which parts of Leonida look most worth seeing early?

Do not rush the story. The first few hours of a new Rockstar map are the only time it feels completely unknown.

My plan is beach strip first for the atmosphere, then drive north into the swamps at night, then the Keys by boat. The contrast between those three is what the trailers sell hardest.
