Sending a notice

Email copyright@gta6deck.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". Please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on GTA6Deck where the material appears.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the member who posted it. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notice containing the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.
