Send a notice

Use the form below, or email copyright@gta6deck.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". A valid notice must identify the work, the exact page addresses, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement and your signature.

What happens next

Every notice moves through a recorded review process:

• Pending — received and queued.
• Reviewing — a moderator is checking the claim.
• Removed — the material has been taken down or hidden, and the member who posted it has been notified.
• Restored — reinstated after a successful counter-notice or a mistake.
• Rejected — the notice was incomplete or the claim was not made out.
• Resolved — closed.

Decisions, notes and timestamps are kept internally. Claimant contact details are never published. Members who repeatedly infringe lose their accounts.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, submit the form again choosing "Counter-notice". Include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.

Designated agent

Formal U.S. safe-harbour protection requires a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: that registration has not been completed, so we do not claim formal safe-harbour status. We still act on valid notices promptly.
