Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using GTA6Deck you agree to these terms and to our community guidelines, privacy policy and cookie policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. Reading public pages needs no account.

3. Accounts

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. No automated or bulk account creation.
• Don't impersonate another person, a publication, or Rockstar Games staff.

4. Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of everything you post. We do not take ownership of your questions, answers, comments or images.

By posting, you grant GTA6Deck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publicly display, distribute, resize, compress, reformat, technically modify and moderate your content, as needed to operate and promote the site. The licence ends for new uses when you delete your content, except for copies already made for backups, moderation records or legal obligations.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed for everything you submit, including images.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not post, upload or link to:

• pirated or cracked games, torrents or unauthorised game downloads;
• leaked Grand Theft Auto VI builds, stolen source code, stolen or unreleased assets;
• malware, phishing, malicious downloads or disguised links;
• stolen accounts, credentials, or other people's personal information;
• illegal material or illegal transactions;
• scams, threats, harassment, or hateful content;
• child sexual exploitation material, or any sexualised content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• copyrighted material you are not authorised to share;
• content whose main purpose is to enable unauthorised cheating, exploit distribution or similar abuse;
• spam, advertising, referral schemes, or vote manipulation.

Discussing a rumour is fine. Discussing what a publication has reported is fine with attribution. Hosting leaked material, or linking people to unauthorised files, is not.

6. Moderation

We may hide, lock, remove or restore content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Content flagged automatically may be held for review before it appears. We keep an internal moderation record; internal notes are not published.

7. Reporting and takedowns

Every question, answer and uploaded image has a Report link. Copyright owners should use the copyright complaints page. See our copyright policy.

8. Trademarks and independence

Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Grand Theft Auto VI and related names, marks and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. GTA6Deck is an independent, unofficial fan/community website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

9. Third-party links and advertising

We link to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content. A link to Rockstar's official website is for verification only and implies no endorsement. Any advertising, sponsorship or affiliate arrangement will be clearly labelled where it appears.

10. Disclaimers

Grand Theft Auto VI is unreleased and information changes. Content here is community-sourced and provided "as is", without warranties. See our disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent the law allows, GTA6Deck is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You agree to cover reasonable costs arising from content you post in breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and courts: OWNER ACTION REQUIRED. We will always try to settle a complaint informally first — email hello@gta6deck.com. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country are unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
