Is GTA 6 coming to PC at launch?

Every official platform listing for Grand Theft Auto VI names PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no announced PC release date, no Steam page with a date, and no Rockstar statement promising one.

A later PC version is likely based on how Rockstar has handled past games — GTA V launched on consoles in 2013 and reached PC in 2015 — but 'likely based on history' is not a confirmation, and we will not print one until Rockstar does.
